Great book about IT Management.

This book has been on my radar for a few years to read. It just happened that a class I had, had the book as required reading. I'm done reading a few weeks early, which shows how interesting this book is.
The Style of this book really reminds me of The Goal. I found The Goal more engaging, which is why I have this book at 4 stars(it really should be 4.5).
As an IT specialist that is attempting to move into management, I think this is an invaluable resource. It is nice for the layman as well, since it breaks down difficult IT concepts for the protagonist to understand. The book does a wonderful job (in this techie's opinion) to bridge the gap between tech and business.

This book was a great leadership and IT principles. My professor chose to use as our textbook for class. I highly recommend this because of the real life applications. Easy to read and no technical jargon.
