POWERFUL message to foster healthy relationships!

In a very readable and accessible format, this book outlines the critical importance of asking potential romantic partners for consent to physical contact. It serves as an excellent rebuttal to the bombardment of conflicting messages from the media and advertising about romance and sexuality. Having spent my career in higher education administration (and also as a parent of four young adults), I would love to see all high school and college students read this book and understand the importance of its very clearly stated and positive message! Thank you to the author for having the courage and tenacity to research, share, and present this ground-breaking approach to intimacy!

A MUST READ FOR EVERYONE

What an incredible resource! If you are middle school age or older and want your dating and intimacy experiences to be healthy and staged for success, then this book is for you. As someone with15 years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, I can assure you how critical it is that we promote healthy intimate relationships in our communities. Having taught this subject in juvenile detention centers, I can tell you that many young women end up there as a result of unhealthy dating habits. If you have friends or family who are dating or will be soon, please make an incredible impact on their lives and share this book with them!
