I have read many books under the title of meditation. Among them I find this book really helpful and effective because this book covers what any one should know about meditation from A-Z. Despite being much more theoretical the book discusses on many practical topics that could be adopted to our day today life. The book provides great deal of knowledge even for a beginner on meditation as well. Several types of meditation have been listed in this book and each is described with the steps and unique benefits as well. I really like that fact that this book provides solutions for obstacles that we face in starting meditation. The book helps you to make goals and approach them in meditation as well. I really find this very applicable for me.

I really liked how the author talked about how meditation can help with challenges and also the benefits of meditation. Meditation in my life his greatly benefited me and added peace and calm this to my life. It is so important to find the time in the day to be able to do this. I love how this book can be for beginners or for those who practice meditation on a daily basis already. This is an excellent guide.
